Safety Test Prep provides original educational quizzes and related study pages. Use of the site means you agree to these terms and to the Disclaimer.
We do not certify, license, authorize, or approve anyone. We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination, class, or skills check. Content is for general study only and may be incomplete or become outdated when official requirements change.
The practice labs are usable whether or not you pay. If the material helped, you may pay $9.99 via Cash App. That payment is voluntary. It is not a donation, not tax-deductible, and not payment for a card, license, or guaranteed pass. Payment processors have their own terms.
Do not copy the question banks to sell as “official exams,” scrape the site for a competing dump, or present our materials as government or OSHA Outreach training. You may use the quizzes for your own study.
Original questions, explanations, and site copy are owned by Safety Test Prep unless noted. OSHA, DMV, AHA, and Red Cross names are used only to describe the kind of study topic. Those organizations own their marks. See Copyright / DMCA.
The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for exam outcomes, job decisions, or emergency-response results. California law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a term unenforceable, the rest still applies.
