Is this the same as NFPA 70E training?
No. NFPA 70E is a consensus standard used in many electrical-safety programs. This site is original OSHA-topic practice only.
Can I use this for an apprenticeship written test?
You can use it as extra practice. It is not the official apprenticeship exam and is not affiliated with IBEW, IEC, or any JATC.
